Inversions

When ythe notes of a triad are rearranged, you get an inversion of that triad.

There are three Triad inversions:

• Root Position
• First Inversion
• Second Inversion

In root position the root is the lowest note.

In first inversion te third is the lowest note.

In second inversion the fifth is the lowest note.
